Free Shipping:
At PrimoJacket.com, we offer free shipping on all orders to the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia—with no minimum purchase required and no hidden conditions.
We understand the importance of fast, reliable delivery, which is why we prioritize quick order processing to get your items to you as soon as possible.
For customers in all other countries, a flat shipping fee of $30 USD applies.
Delivery Timelines:
Regular size orders are made to order and are typically shipped within 5-10 business days. However, it can take up to 20 business days for your item to be delivered. We aim to minimize fulfillment time for custom orders as well. After confirming details like measurements, we generally dispatch made-to-measure orders within 10-12 working days. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for your items to be delivered.
Worldwide Delivery:
We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.
Courier Service:
To ensure a premium shipping experience, all our orders are dispatched via express courier services, including DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and other trusted carriers. We reserve the right to select the courier that offers the fastest and most reliable delivery based on your location.
APO/PO Box Addresses:
For safety and security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
Duty:
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any additional charges or duties are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs prior to purchasing.
Complimentary Items:
Orders exceeding 10 products do not automatically include complimentary items. Exceptions may apply, subject to approval by our customer support representatives.
Other Policies:
Once payment is received, you'll be notified via email for order confirmation. After we ship your order and provide a tracking number, it becomes your responsibility to follow up with the courier company. If the courier company puts the order on hold or attempts delivery when you're not available, you need to contact them directly. We recommend that you stay in touch with the courier after receiving the tracking number. If the courier company makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, they might destroy the parcel, and in such cases, we cannot be held responsible. If you have multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment at our discretion, unless instructed otherwise. Once your order is dispatched, rescheduling delivery to a different address is not possible. You'll need to contact the respective courier company for further actions or solutions.

Cancellation Timeframe:
Standard Orders:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After 24 Hours / If Processed or Shipped:
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Fees for Late Cancellation Requests:
If your order has already entered the fulfillment process but has not yet shipped, and you still wish to cancel, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
Please note:
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
These items are specifically made for you and are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
