At PrimoJacket.com, we offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia

No minimum purchase is required.

For all other supported countries, a flat shipping fee of USD $30 applies.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, weather disruptions, remote delivery locations, public holidays, or local carrier logistics.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom-sized and personalized jackets require detailed artisan tailoring and additional production time:

  • Custom Production Time: 10–12 Business Days
  • Shipping Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days

Holiday & Seasonal Delivery Notice

During peak holiday and high-demand shopping seasons, global courier networks experience heavy volumes. To ensure timely arrival, we recommend placing orders 15–20 days in advance for:

  • Halloween, Comic-Con & Cosplay Events
  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year
  • Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day
  • Weddings, Birthdays & Graduation Milestones

Worldwide Shipping & Carrier Coverage

All packages are dispatched via trusted global air express couriers including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and DHL eCommerce to ensure fast and secure transit.

Destination Restrictions

We provide worldwide shipping with the exception of the following destinations due to carrier and trade limitations:

  • Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India
  • OFAC Sanctioned Countries
  • APO, FPO, and PO Box Addresses (physical residential or business addresses required)

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All international shipments are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Any local customs tariffs, import taxes, VAT, or clearance charges assessed by destination border authorities remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs authority for specific import thresholds.

Order Confirmation & Shipment Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: An instant order receipt is sent to your registered email upon purchase.
  • Live Tracking: An end-to-end carrier tracking number will be emailed immediately after your parcel is dispatched.

Please ensure accurate delivery coordinates. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, the shipping address cannot be modified. Unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect contact details or customer absence are not covered for refunds.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately at support@primojacket.com with your Order Number and Full Name.

Cancellation Terms by Order Stage

1. Standard Orders (Within 24 Hours)

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a 100% full refund, provided manufacturing has not commenced.

2. Orders Already in Production

If tailoring and leather cutting have begun prior to dispatch, a 25% processing and material fee will be deducted from the refunded balance.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Bespoke, custom-tailored, or personalized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original method of payment within 5–10 Business Days, depending on your banking provider.
